For my training this week, I have decided to take part in the 4th annual JJ Mahoney's St. Patrick's Day Run this Saturday in Redmond. Emily and the girls are going to join me and walk the 5k. I figured it was a good opportunity to get out and get some fresh air with the family. We are all looking forward to it! If anyone wants to join us, it is 1:00 PM this Saturday.
